Individual solutions

At the start of each individual solution there is a drainage task that cannot be fulfilled with standard products. Our experts will be pleased to conduct a detailed consultation together with you to determine the requirements that your tailor-made product must fulfil. If necessary, our sales representative will also conduct a survey or take measurements on-site in order to best satisfy the on-site requirements.

As soon as all the requirements have been clarified, our designers will create your individual solution. In doing so, they will particularly ensure that the purchase and operating costs remain within an economic framework and all standards and regulations are fulfilled. You will then receive your individual offer. After you have given your approval, we will produce detailed design drawings in AutoCAD or SolidWorks in the required format (.dwg, .step or similar).

After we have received your order, you will receive the drawings for final approval and inform us of any desired changes. When you are completely satisfied, you will release the drawings for production. We will now create the final production drawings, parts lists and work plans. We will then inform you of your delivery date and start production of your individual solution.

Our qualified production staff will be in continuous dialogue with the designers in order to ensure optimum results. After your product has been completed, it will be subjected to extensive and strict quality controls. The result: individual solutions that operate fault-free for many years to come.

If necessary, we will assemble and install your individual solution directly on-site. To this end, our sales representative will initially pay a visit to the site. The ready-made and tested components will then be delivered and welded. Your drainage product will be ready for commissioning after a final quality control.

As soon as the installation of your individual solution has been completed, it will be commissioned by our technicians. This will include setting all the parameters to the exact site requirements and instructing the responsible persons in how to operate the system. This will be followed by the proper handover and you will receive the relevant documents for your records.

Our specially trained factory customer service team will be available to you during the entire lifetime of your individual solution in order to perform regular maintenance and repair work. In doing so, we will ensure the maximum service life and availability of the system; faults will be reduced or eliminated completely. Should an incident nonetheless occur, you will receive help quickly thanks to our 24-hour emergency service.
